Our Staff and Facility

Our staff is a liaison between you, the patient, and Dr. LoVerme. If you need assistance in the office regarding insurance or any medical concerns, please feel free to consult our staff.

Our staff handles all patient scheduling, billing, insurance queries, and administrative concerns. Our nurse helps Dr. LoVerme with patient consultation, education, and follow-up care. Each staff member was chosen specifically for their professional experience and friendly personality.

Susan Fratto, RN, is our staff nurse. She has been with the practice for over 12 years. Susan is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS, Red Cross). She is the Facility Manager for Accurate Aesthetics Plastic Surgery operative suite. She shares the duties of pre operative consultation and post operative care with the doctor. Susan is also certified in microdermabrasion and Intense Pulsed Light therapy for hair removal, photofacials, Rosacea reduction and removal of pigmented spots. This extraordinary plastic surgical nurse will answer all your questions, alleviate your fear and even hold your hand during the more difficult parts of the treatments.

Sharon Brutti is our office manager and patient care coordinator. She will help with quoting fees, scheduling surgery and sending all necessary information to you before and after surgery. Sharon will help determine which operations are covered by insurance and which are self pay. In general, she is the liaison between the business and medical ends of the process. Sharon has been with the practice for over 4 years and is easily able to get the answers you need.

Laura DeChellis is our certified surgical technician. She has also taken an extra year of training to become a certified surgical first assistant. She will help in all operations both in the office and in the hospital. She helps with pre op education and removes sutures as necessary. Laura is also certified in Micro-dermabrasion and Intense Pulsed Light therapy.

Kelley Hurley is our billing and payables coordinator. She has been with Accurate Aesthetics for over 12 years is very knowledgeable in the financial end of the practice.

Nancy Frost is our medical secretary and receptionist. She is generally the one who will answer your calls and schedule convenient office appointments. She will also give you a reminder call before your next appointment.

Kimberly Patterson-Licensed Aesthetician- Certified Medical Aesthetician- specializes in Advanced Skincare, Lymphatic Drainage, Post & Pre Op treatment plans. Kimberly has 15 years in the skincare arena with focus and advanced training in Intense Pulse Light therapy (for Hair Removal, Photo Facials, Rosacea, and the reduction and removal of sun damage), Face & Body by Thermage, Micro-dermabrasion, & Chemical Peels. The office staff has more than a combined 30 years experience working with Dr. LoVerme and Accurate Aesthetics plastic Surgery. They will treat you in the most professional and courteous manner. Remember, we strive for excellent care with excellent results.

Facility

We maintain state of the art facilities with the latest medical tools and technology. Many operations can be done in our Private Surgery Suite. Most patients feel more comfortable in the private setting. Safety, however, is not compromised. This is NOT office surgery but surgery in an ambulatory surgery center that happens to be within the office suite.

The vast majority of ambulatory surgery facilities are not accredited, operating independently of any peer review and inspection process. At Accurate Aesthetics Plastic Surgery, Dr. LoVerme is the medical director for the fully accredited operating suite. This includes the operating room, recovery room, scrub area and prep/sterilization area. The same as a patient should ask about board certification for the physician, they should also ask about certification or accreditation of the operation room, hospital or facility. The American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) accreditation has been recognized as the gold standard. The anesthesiologists are all board certified and maintain privileges at Newton Wellesley Hospital.
